Review by Andrew Shell, October 20, 2026

This was the first Ben Wolf book I've read, and I enjoyed it very much. It's basically four origin stories in one, setting up the rest of his Blood Mercenaries series. It grabbed my attention right away, and I binged it over a couple of weeks. I liked how different each origin story was.
